D&R Recruitment is a boutique recruitment agency servicing the specialist property finance arena. To be more specific, we solely support lenders, brokers, banks, building societies, packagers and anything that falls between. We were first founded in 2017 and underwent a rebrand in 2020 in which we became “D&R Recruitment Limited” 

 

Following the rebrand in 2020, D&R was a team of two co-founders working alongside each other. In October 2022 co-founder Rico Iheagwara bought out his business partner in which "Rico Property Finance" was formed, the business still trades as D&R Recruitment. We are now a team of 4 consultants who all specialise within the property finance market, Bridging, Development, Commercial, BTL and Residential Finance being the company’s main focus.
